Big changes are coming this year for Market Noel, one of the Birmingham’s biggest shopping events. The Junior League of Birmingham is hosting the market at The Finley Center at the Hoover Met Complex this year. Taking place November 15-18, 2017  the shopping venue will feature more than 100 vendors. Vendors will sell handcrafted goods, clothing, accessories, artwork and more throughout the show’s run.

This is one of the Junior League’s biggest fundraisers, 100% of the proceeds from ticket sales directly support the work of the Junior League of Birmingham and the more than 35 community projects supported by the organization. Beneficiaries of those efforts include the Birmingham Public Library, the Birmingham Botanical Gardens, the Birmingham Children’s Theatre, Girls Inc. and many others.

WEDNESDAY:
Preview Noel kicks off the Birmingham holiday season with a sneak peek into Market Noel at 7 p.m. The first 250 guests are greeted with signature swag bags before an evening of private shopping and silent auction.

THURSDAY/ FRIDAY/ SATURDAY GENERAL ADMISSION:
General admission shopping takes places Nov. 16 – 18- from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday.

FRIDAY:
Another exciting event is a girls’ night out with a beauty bar from Tonya Jones Salon and a chance to win a treatment package from Skin Wellness Center of Alabama at Market Bliss on Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

SATURDAY:
A fashion show, “Rock the Runway – Couture for a Cause” will be hosted by Lilly Pulitzer, Avani Rupa Fine Jewelers, and Market Noel’s most fashionable vendors, and will take place Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Community partner Magic Moments will also be featured.
